Early 1990, a group of Attorneys graduated from two well-known Law Schools in the United States ( Harvard Law School and Stanford Law School )and at the time practicing law at the Company Law Department of two very large Law Firms in South Florida, decided to establish a Corporate Legal Services Firm specialized on providing corporate legal services to Law Firms and to Corporate Legal Departments. 

In just a few years, the company became well known among the legal community in South Florida, and a few years later, the company became the first corporate legal services firm to hold Registered Agent/Office License in all fifty States of the Union. 

With the increase of international clientele investing and trading with the United States, the company included among its services: Offshore Company Formation and Administration; U.S. Executive and Investors Immigration Services and Trademark Registration. 

Early 2000, the company opened its first office abroad in Costa Rica in order to improve offshore legal services. And on early 2005, the company opened Spain’s office in order to better assist Spanish and European clients doing business with the United States and Internationally. 

The Costa Rica and Spain Offices are integrated by local Attorneys but legal educated in the United States totally fluent in both Spanish and English languages in order to better serve our international clientele.
